2.2. Each project is unique and depends on local conditions, soil limitations, climate, and other environmental factors.
2.3. Agroatlantis does not guarantee specific results, as regenerative agriculture depends on multiple natural factors beyond our direct control.
3. Client Obligations
3.1. Provide site access for observation and project implementation.
3.2. Ensure accurate information about the land's history, such as previous pesticide use or agricultural practices.
3.3. Follow the technical recommendations provided by Agroatlantis to maximize the project’s success.
4. Limitations of Liability
4.1. Agroatlantis is not responsible for:
Damage caused by unpredictable natural phenomena such as storms, landslides, or volcanic activity.
Adverse outcomes resulting from the failure to implement our recommendations or the use of incompatible agricultural practices.
Problems arising from changes made by the client or third parties after the completion of our work.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Projects may be canceled with 30 days' notice by either party.
5.2. In the event of cancellation, the client will be responsible for costs already incurred, including materials purchased and labor performed.
6. Intellectual Property and Technical Data
6.1. Designs, plans, and reports provided by Agroatlantis remain the company's intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2. The client may not reproduce or share this material without prior authorization.
6.3. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Agroatlantis and is protected by copyright laws.
6.4. It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, redistribute, or use any part of the website content without explicit permission.
7. Sustainable Use of Natural Resources
7.1. Agroatlantis follows practices aligned with the ecological values of regeneration. The client agrees to uphold the same guidelines during the execution and maintenance of the projects.
7.2. Agroatlantis is not responsible for damage to biodiversity or soil caused by conventional agricultural practices implemented after our intervention.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Region of the Azores, Portugal.
